Delivery areas

We serve delivery addresses in Kenya where our courier network can complete the route. Kisumu, Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret and other major towns are treated as standard service areas when courier coverage is available.

Dispatch and delivery timing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within one business day after order and payment confirmation. Typical delivery is 1–3 business days within Kisumu, 2–5 business days to major Kenyan towns and 3–7 business days to other serviceable areas. Public holidays, severe weather, access limitations and courier disruptions can extend these windows.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is KES 250 within Kisumu and KES 350 to supported major-town routes. Other serviceable areas are priced according to the courier route shown before order confirmation. The three-bottle set includes standard delivery in eligible Kenyan service areas. Extra charges for a non-standard or remote route are confirmed before an order is accepted.

Payment

Prices are charged in Kenyan shillings. M-PESA and card payment can be offered when the corresponding checkout option is enabled. The total price, any delivery charge and the selected payment method are confirmed before the order is accepted.

Missed or unsuccessful delivery

Please provide a reachable Kenyan phone number and an accessible delivery location. If a courier cannot complete delivery, another attempt or collection arrangement may be offered. Additional delivery charges may apply when a new trip is required because the recipient was unavailable or supplied an inaccessible address.
